The Olive Tiger, Salon & Barbershop Policies

We thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their The Olive Tiger, Salon & Barber experience. Just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Cancellations

At The Olive Tiger, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee up to the total amount for the hair service. and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.

Every stylist is an independent contractor and has their own terms and conditions for their unique businesses policies. The Olive Tiger does not directly or indirectly handle hair service transaction, and therefore is not liable for authorizing refunds or credits of any kind.

Tardiness

Please be courteous to the staff and other guests at The Olive Tiger and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other guests. If we don't hear from you within the first 15 minutes of your appointment we have the right to cancel your appointment and charge a no show fee of the cost of the service scheduled.
